KeepCup Coffee Cup LCA and Benchmark

One Billion take away coffee cups are discarded every year in Australia alone.

Edge conducted an LCA comparison of three key KeepCup products, as well as a range of single-use paper, polystyrene and compostable cups, to quantify the environmental benefits of using reusable coffee cups over single-use products.

The LCA was used to certify three environmental product declarations for three varieties of Keep Cup. Results of this project can be used to inform businesses on the potential impacts of using non-sustainable packaging.
