ProBuild are the head contractors for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is targeting a 5 star Design and As-built Office v3 rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Life Cycle Assessment was completed on the project using Simapro LCA software to the EN15879 standard and Green Star criteria. The whole building LCA report was produced by Edge and peer-reviewed by Tim Grant of Life Cycle Strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project achieved 5.9\/6.0 Green Star credit points for the Materials LCA innovation Challenge credit.
