Climate Change Risk & Adaptation Research<\/h1><\/header>
\n

The Building Research Association of New Zealand commissions a research project to examine the capacity of New Zealand\u2019s building stock determine the impact of climate change on the built environment and to generate a set of options for adaptation. This report aims to underpin the decisions needed to be made on what, when and how to adapt and take action. The study included identifying changes in weather extremes and averages, evaluating the social and economic effects of climate change and consideration the technical and financial aspects of options to reduce the vulnerability of residential and commercial buildings to climate change. The study outcomes were disseminated widely and awarded at national and international conferences. Read more about the project here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
