Working with Climate Planning, climate change governance assessments were undertaken with Alexandrina Council, City of Mitcham, Kangaroo Island Council and Victor Harbor City Council. These analyses identified areas for improvement in corporate governance, especially in relation to disclosure, public risk registers, strategies and asset management plans.
