Using the grant, Edge were commissioned to undertake a range of tasks, including an audit of a number of bank branches; a review of existing practices and contracts; and development of an operational waste management plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project identified a range of improvement opportunities including the implementation of new bin systems, better signage, increased staff training and updated back-of-house facilities. The recommendations are being rolled out across the company, alongside requirements for more granular recording of waste and recycling rates at a branch level.
