The successful candidate will be a flexible, creative, ambitious qualified graduate with a keen interest in work to protect the environment, promote sustainability and address climate change impacts. You will quickly develop a good understanding of Edge Environment&#8217;s profile and clients and become a key member of the team. You are a hands on, energetic and organised individual with qualifications in marketing and business and with a passion for sustainability<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To develop, coordinate and implement Edge Environments marketing plan, identifying key organizations and individuals to target for our services and supporting and supported by the Edge Environment team to win pioneering projects in business and governments and local authorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Develop marketing plans based on our existing business plans (6) (and contribute to their annual update).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the marketing plans to ensure effective cross-sell and communication of our brand.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the marketing plan with Edge Environment staff, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Identify key organizations and individuals to target for our services and coordinate sales meetings for the Edge Environment team to the target clients identified.<\/li>\n<li>Organise external workshops and training for client groups.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure web content is consistent and updated with project experience, clients, news and staff profiles<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop our contacts database and devise and coordinate email marketing campaigns and news letters<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify conferences, expos and professional networks to which Edge Environment might contribute.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and coordinate submissions to awards and recognition programs that Edge Environment or its project partners and clients might benefit from<\/li>\n<li>Establish review points or measures to assess the success of the marketing plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a small and highly dynamic company, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a big cog in a small but growing wheel with commensurate benefits in remuneration and status working alongside passionate people with a powerful mission.
