We are passionate about what we do, and the positive impact it can have.<\/p>\n<h3>This Role<\/h3>\n<p>Edge is looking for an Office &amp;\u00a0Project Coordinator, a new role created due to significant growth within the business. The\u00a0Office &amp;\u00a0Project Coordinator\u00a0will be at the heart of our team, enabling our consultants to work efficiently and effectively to meet our clients&#8217; needs. The role will report to the Manager of People and Place. Responsibilities of this role include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of project management, project review, project invoicing and business development systems, in collaboration with project managers and sector leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Place:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of office spaces, procurement of office supplies (including IT equipment) and associated budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Management of internal environmental and social reporting (with support from staff).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration of recruitment processes, staff \u2018on-boarding\u2019 and \u2018disembarking\u2019 processes.<\/li>\n<li>Administration of staff surveys and review processes.<\/li>\n<li>Organisation of staff functions and gifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and management of staff travel.<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc client-facing event coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with Accounts Manager on accounts payable and receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Management of mail, filing and contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bi-weekly financial update reports.<\/li>\n<li>Update of website and client contact database.<\/li>\n<li>Support the board by administrating board papers and taking meeting minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>A basic understanding of accounting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to exert influence over the team and manage change associated with improved office management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>As part of our team you will benefit from:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ongoing investment in training and development.<\/li>\n<li>A strong culture of work-life balance including established flexibility arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Working for a certified B Corporation that lives our values.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career development and to influence the direction of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An attractive salary and incentive package is available for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<h3>Application Details<\/h3>\n<p>Applications should be concise and relate directly to the skills\/experience outlined above.
