Your responsibilities will include analytical work, preparation of project deliverables and proposals, managing projects and key accounts. As a Senior Consultant, you\u2019ll be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and the overall business, including teaching and coaching junior staff. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in distinctive projects, designing bespoke solutions and further, complimenting our clients\u2019 sustainability journeys. Current and past clients include Telstra, THE ICONIC, Charter Hall, David Jones &amp; Country Road Group, Singtel Optus, BINGO Industries, KeepCup, Timberlink, NRMA, Taylors Wines, Stockland, Frasers Property, University of NSW, Nando\u2019s, Transport for NSW and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role will be nationally focused, with flexibility to work from Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Essential criteria<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Minimum five years\u2019 experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in project management.<\/li><li>Knowledge of corporate greenhouse gas emissions reporting and target-setting frameworks, such as the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, Climate Active and the Science-Based Targets Initiative.<\/li><li>Ability to provide technical direction, project management and project delivery across a range of projects.<\/li><li>Ability to engage at a high-level within client organisations.<\/li><li>Excellent report writing, analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel expertise) and attention to detail.<\/li><li>Commitment to Edge Environment corporate mission, vision and values.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Desirables:<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Technical experience in greenhouse gas accounting.<\/li><li>Strong networks in the sustainability and \/ or carbon space.<\/li><li>Demonstrated experience in business development.<\/li><li>Knowledge of carbon reduction initiatives.<\/li><li>Understanding of the broader climate change-related issues and frameworks impacting organisations.<\/li><li>Experience in life cycle assessment will be highly regarded.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key holder attributes:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Foster a positive environment for collaboration and strong team dynamic.<\/li><li>Attention to detail regarding client needs, possible solutions and relationships.<\/li><li>Willing to be cooperative and participate with your colleagues to enhance the Edge culture.<\/li><li>Willing to travel as required.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">As part of our team you will benefit from: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ongoing investment in training and development.<\/li><li>A strong culture of work-life balance including established flexibility arrangements.<\/li><li>Working for a certified B Corp that lives our values.<\/li><li>Opportunities for career development and to influence the direction of the business.<\/li><li>Building networks and creating new business opportunities.<\/li><li>Working collaboratively within a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Application Details:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications should be concise and relate directly to the skills\/experience outlined above.
