ARENA: Life cycle assessment and renewable energy

The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) is a commercially oriented agency with two objectives:

• To improve the competitiveness of renewable energy technologies.
• To increase the supply of renewable energy in Australia.

ARENA’s timeframe for delivering its objectives is 2022, with an intent to provide competitive energy solutions up to 2030-40.

Edge Environment is supporting ARENA with training and advisory to incorporate life cycle assessment into the the project assessment and evaluation process.
