Move announced as next step in consultancy’s governance and decision making restructure, following considerable growth.
Known for pushing the boundaries on solid, cost-effective environmental strategies, Jonas has been embedding sustainability into business operations and decision-making in the private and public sectors for over a decade. As a leader, he takes a stand for empowering teams and creating flat, collaborative work structures.

In the past three years Edge’s business and staff numbers have tripled, demand for service offerings has grown rapidly and these are being delivered to an increasing number of sectors, such as telecommunication and bioenergy, beyond their foothold in sectors including construction and manufacturing.
Jonas co-founded Edge Environment with Tom Davies in 2008 and they previously operated as joint-CEOs. Within the new structure Jonas will focus on operations and Tom will split his role between broadening the company’s board of directors and working with some key clients. Jonas will be working closely with the leadership team, including Jacqui Bonnitcha and Ken Lunty, to continue the development of Edge.
