Edge Environment Partners with 10,000 Hours to take the next steps as a High Performing Team
Last week Edge Environment took 2 days out of our busy schedule to work on our performance as a team. We retired to Currawong Cottages on the Pittwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches on Monday and Tuesday and had the company 10,000hrs help us take the next steps as a high performing team. We focused on how the team is working and how we can continually adjust and tune ourselves so we can perform better on the tasks of helping our clients. The business case for time working on our team is speed and agility running our business and projects catalysing change for environmental betterment. After two days with the 10,000 hours team we were taken apart with some self-reflection and then put back together with some tools and processes that are already helping us perform better professionally.
Edge Environment is seven years old on the 12th March, and we have evolved and grown into an organisation that we are very grateful for. Edge Environment gives us the professional channel to act on our values and work with organisations that are growing into an ecologically sustainable economy. At the end of this financial year we will again invite our clients and friends to review another year in the business of environment and sustainability, and we look forward to seeing you then.
