City of Sydney – ISO20121 Sustainable Events Management & Guideline

Edge worked with the Major Events Team to undertake a gap analysis of the Sydney New Year’s Eve event against ISO20121. A recommendations report was provided and Edge were subsequently engaged to develop a Sustainable Events Guidelines and Checklist to be used for all City of Sydney’s major events which included 11 focus areas. To support its implementation, Edge delivered: several training sessions, developed a Sustainable Events Policy with objectives and KPIs, a supplier contract requirements and a data collection form for monitoring and measurement.
