Winning Group: Responsible Sourcing Advisory

Winning Group have engaged Edge since January 2021 to provide ongoing advisory for responsible sourcing and implementation of sustainable procurement.

Edge continuously works together with the Winning team to integrate their sustainability strategy commitments and modern slavery risk management into their sourcing and procurement functions across the business.

To date, this has involved advisory on strategy and policy, capacity building on sustainable procurement, mapping to the SDGs, analysis of modern slavery supply chain risk and establishing a supplier assessment approach including a methodology to assess supplier performance.
