Koh: Sustainable Product Roadmap and Customer Engagement

Koh manufactures cleaning products and was founded on the principle of making cleaning simple. Building on these values, Koh engaged Edge to develop a strategy that used evidence and stakeholder engagement to inform a detailed roadmap of actions that would support them as the most sustainable cleaning company.

Edge led a detailed Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of their product and explored the various ‘visions of success’ that would form the basis of their future positioning to end consumers. The insights from the LCA spurred a reassessment of product design and manufacturing process, which has ultaimetly pivoted the business towards a more sustainable product range.
