Climate Change Risk Case Studies for Goodman Property
Goodman Property understand that climate change poses a significant risk to their portfolio and business operations. They identified the need for a scoping study to assess climate change risk at two Goodman sites and consider financially optimal adaptation options that could mitigate the risk.
The first case study was an existing industrial asset in Moorebank NSW, and the second case study was a land bank asset in Huntingwood, NSW. This scoping study investigated various data sources and methodologies that could be applied across Goodman’s portfolio of assets and presented a set of recommendations as to how climate change risk can be incorporated into Goodman’s best practice risk management framework.
