Charter Hall – Environmental Management Plan

Edge helped Charter Hall to develop an Environmental Management System for their Corporate, Retail, Office and Industrial portfolios. The project commenced with a gap analysis against ISO14001 and tailored action plans were developed in collaboration with each of the departments. A list of aspects was created and Environmental Management Manuals specific to each area of the business were created which included a list of relevant aspects, responsibilities, risk management and emergency management procedures, training and support plans and a list of documentation.

Each of the Environmental Management Manuals supported the implementation of the overarching Charter Hall Environmental Management Plan.
