Estia Health is one of Australia’s largest providers of Aged Care services. Edge was commissioned to assist Estia develop their approach to addressing ESG Risk. In order to do this, Estia first needed to test and reconfirm their brand positioning. As such, Edge led a stakeholder engagement with three distinct objectives: i) Test their existing brand unique value proposition, ii) Test and confirm their existing brand purpose and values, iii) Define their ESG priorities through a defined materiality process. Throughout the engagement, Edge engaged over 2,000 stakeholders (both internal and external) to provide a clear and tested roadmap for both brand development and ESG.
