Bank Australia: Helping Bank Australia set the next generation of climate action

With science-based targets developed, Bank Australia asked Edge to support and develop an organisation-wide vision and climate action plan, which would help guide their journey to climate leadership.

To support the development of their climate vision and action plan, we interviewed internal and external stakeholders, conducted a peer review and developed three vision positioning statements before co-creating the final vision and action plan with the broader working group.

This experience led to the co-creation of Bank Australia’s key commitments, milestones – ensuring Bank Australia continues to deliver on its mission to help Australians do good with their money.
