Austral Bricks: EPD for Carbon Neutral Clay Bricks

Edge produced an EPD for Austral Bricks’ new product range – Australia’s first carbon-neutral bricks – to further cement the brick manufacturer’s reputation as one with a strong focus on production efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Edge compiled material and production information from the Longford facility in Tasmania, where the bricks are produced, and provided the company with a third party-verified environmental credential for marketing.

The results are also designed to inform future efforts to address environmental hotspots via product development.
