Designed by international architects, Grimshaw and Crone Partners, Developed by Charter Hall and being constructed by Watpac, 333 George Street is 15 levels of contemporary office space across approximately 12,500sqm and three levels of statement retail across 2,100sqm with extensive frontage located on one of Sydney CBD’s most prominent corners, at the heart of George Street and Martin Place.
The project is targeting a 5 star green star Design and As-built ratings and the Material LCA innovation Challenge.
A Life Cycle Assessment was completed on the project’s building design using Simapro LCA software to the EN15874 standard and Green Star criteria. The whole building LCA report was produced by Edge and peer-reviewed by Richard Haynes of e-tool.
The project achieved 6.0/6.0 Green Star credit points for the Materials LCA innovation Challenge credit. While also highlighting the environmental impact hotspots over the life cycle of the building.
