I have primarily worked in strategy, cultural change, service design / human centered design with a focus on circular economy and innovation. I have worked and led teams on large strategic transformation projects in France and Australia across government, telco and financial services.
The work I have loved to most has involved large scale collaboration, challenging the status quo and enabling people to think and work differently
Circular Design Innovation – over the last couple of years, I have trained and coached over 300 professionals on circular innovation. Enabling cross-functional teams to co-design circular solutions that create a better experience for users, generate value for the business and alleviate environmental challenges is extremely rewarding. This is why I get up in the morning!
Telstra – Human Centred Design Centre of Excellence – over the course of 3 years, I really enjoyed designing and delivering a range of innovation programs enabling employees to solve problems creatively. It was absolutely inspiring seeing over a thousand of my colleagues learning new skills, exploring problems in depth before creating new solutions, collaborating and taking actions to innovate.
Service NSW – Customer Centric Experience & 1 stop-shop for NSW residents – I led a small team which designed 800+ customer centric processes for 10 NSW agencies transitioning services into Service NSW to simplify interactions for people with state government. We were proud to contribute to making Service NSW a world leader in delivering government services with an overage customer satisfaction 4.8/5.
I work in sustainability because I want our society to “do more good and less bad”. I want to make the world possible to live in for my 2 children, Charline and Mateo, and I am focused on helping as many people as possible to be part of the change.
In my spare time, I love bushwalking, dancing and exploring new cultures through books, learning other languages, travelling or eating different cuisines.
