Edge has restructured the business due to our continued growth, success and to better position ourselves as a National leader in sustainability advisory services. The new structure has highlighted our readiness and desire to invest in a casual position for a People and Culture Business Partner. The role will assist with the delivery of a number of identified and structured programs across the business, to provide specialist advice and coaching to managers and to also contribute to Edge’s overall value proposition for staff.
The role represents an opportunity to build and contribute to an existing business, but also;
- Provide tactical and operational advice through consultancy, communicating People initiatives, policies and procedures to employees and People Leaders.
- Support and coach our People Leaders to ensure compliance with industrial obligations and government policies.
- Provide performance management support, guidance and coaching; supporting employees and our People Leaders.
- Implement, promote and deliver broader People and Culture activities, including promoting Edge’s values, shared leadership, employee engagement activities, reward and recognition programs, health and well-being initiatives and diversity and inclusion strategies.
