The [avniR] 2012 LCA Conference held in Lille, France from 6 to 7 of November, comprised two days of co-learning between business, local authorities, researchers and experts around life cycle assessment in order to learn about how life cycle approaches can help address today’s challenges and create business value.
Over the 2 day conference, the participants attended 6 workshop sessions demonstrating LCA applications in different sectors: renewable energy, construction, waste management and recycling, electric vehicles; as well as expert workshops to showcase the latest developments in LCA methodologies, databases, LCA of processes and integration of sustainability in LCA.
