About Us:

Edge Environment is Australia’s largest independent sustainability consultancy and a certified B-Corp. We’re all about creating a positive impact, by combining science, strategy, and storytelling in unique and wonderful ways, that give our clients the confidence to take real action and do well, by doing good.

We have a growing global footprint working with private and ASX-listed businesses, multiple levels of government, NGOs, and purposeful start-ups to develop sustainability solutions at all scales from products to cities to regions and global brands.

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join Edge as a Bid and Marketing Coordinator. This role will support our team through the preparation and coordination of client proposals as well as bolster our marketing team by helping them to communicate client success stories, put together inspiring events and, of course, tell the world about the exciting things we are doing.

The role will have an ANZ focus, with the flexibility to work from Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of ambitious, customer-centric, and compelling proposals with the support of subject matter experts across all service lines.
  • Coordinate the development of major, company-wide proposals for high-profile private sector clients
  • Create and implement systems and processes to streamline the preparation of proposals in line with brand guidelines
  • Build and maintain core proposal resources.
  • Support with our marketing team in the delivery of key initiatives including events, newsletters, blogs, and case studies, with a particular emphasis on drafting and editing written content.

About You:

You’ll be very client-focussed and have a knack for converting complex messages into clear, simple, compelling content. You’ll be highly organised and be full of ideas as to how we can oil the wheels of the machine to allow our consultants to do what they do best: deliver outstanding strategic and analytical support to our clients.

You don’t necessarily have to be a sustainability expert however, to be successful in this role you will have:

  • A passion to use your skills for good and create a positive impact.
  • A proven track record of working autonomously.
  • Solid project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a bid development/coordination role, or comparable roles which incorporate a similar set of skills.
  • An understanding of sustainability is an advantage but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility, technology, and the trust needed to make a meaningful impact.
  • Training and development
  • Opportunity to participate in our profit share bonus scheme.

We’d love to hear from You:

  • If you meet a number of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application. You can learn more about working with us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/1760884/ or via https://edgeenvironment.com/
